Former Sports analyst at West End Radio and a staunch Karela United and Manchester United fan, Benjamin Eric Baiden who is on dialysis has appealed to the public for support.
Eric Baiden who also works at Ellembelle District Health Directorate has been battling with kidney problem since May, 2022.
The situation of the young man looks pathetic and has also put a financial strain on him.
It’s believed he and his family have sent an SOS call to the Ghana Health Directorate, Ministry of Health, Office of the MP Ellembelle, Ghana Gas, to come to his aid but says he is yet to hear from them.
According to latest medical report, he needs a total amount of $40, 000 (Ghc320,000) to undergo dialysis and kidney transplant in India or South Africa.
Eric Baiden is currently on admission at Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital.
