Ex-Karela United forward named in Sierra Leone squad for CHAN qualifiers

Former Karela United striker, Donald Koboh Koboh Wellington has been handed a call up to the Leone Stars B team ahead of the 2023 CHAN qualifiers, the nation’s football association has announced.

The 29-year old has been in hot form for Port Authority as they are eager to win the Super League in Sierra Leone.

Koboh who featured over 20 games for the Port City side had a good season in the just ended season.

The head coach Francis Zapah Kamara of the Leone Stars B team has named 25 man squad for the double header against Cape Verde earlier today, Wednesday, 20 July 2022.

Wellington played for Karela United in the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League which was truncated due to the Anas expose.
