Karela United midfielder, Umar Bashiru has rejoined the Black Galaxies team ahead of their double header CHAN qualifiers clash against Benin.
Ghana will begin their 2023 Championship of Africa Nations (CHAN) qualifiers with a game against Benin on Sunday.
The sensational midfielder played in Black Galaxies friendly game againts Ali Soccer Academy where they won 5-0 at the Cape Coast Stadium on Wednesday.
Ahead of the first leg fixture againts Benin on Sunday at the Cape-coast Stadium, the technical team have recalled the player who has recovered fully from an injury he picked against WAFA in the final fixture of the 2021-22 football campaign, ahead of their game against Young Squirrels of Benin.
The 25-year old had a good season with Karela United, scoring 15 goals in the just ended 2021/22 Ghana Premier League Season.
