Ghana coach Daniel Annor Walker has named a strong starting line-up to face 2022 World Cup host Qatar on Tuesday.
The Black Galaxies boss has handed a starting role to Karela United midfielder Umar Bashiru with several players maintaining their respective positions.
Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim maintains his place with central defenders Konadu Yiadom and Mohammed Alhassan protecting the shot stopper.
Augustine Randolph will be playing from the right side of defence with Dennis Korsah returning to the left-back position.
Razak Kasim,Gladson Awako and Umar Bashiru will play at the heart of midfield.
Jonah Attuquaye, Suraj Siedu and Daniel Afriyie Barnieh will be spearheading the attack for the Galaxies.
Coach Annor Walker’s team booked a date with Nigeria after eliminating Benin in the previous round of the qualifiers on a 4-0 aggregate.
The match would give the team the right test for the 1st leg against Nigeria in Cape Coast.
Ghana are chasing a record 4th appearance in the CHAN tournament following the teams’ qualification in 2009, 2011, and 2014.
