Today’s 30th September, 2022 marks the fourth anniversary of the death of the late Karela President Senator David Cobbinah Brigidi.

In remembering of the late Senator David Cobbinah Brigidi, the entire playing body and management of Karela United today during their usual training session paid an emotional tribute to remember the late club’s president who died 4-years ago.

Late Senator David Cobbinah Brigidi died on September 30, 2018 in London after short illness.

Since his short tenure of office as Karela United CEO, Karela United was documented to be the fastest rising club in Ghana following their outstanding performance in their maiden Ghana Premier League participation.

His death saw thousand of Karela fans including hundreds of members from the football fans show their last respects.

Señator David Cobbinah Brigidi was a Nigerian politician and senator for Bayelsa Central from 1998-2008.
