The Stand-in Public Relations officer of Karela United, Samuel Enyan has reiterated that the head coach of their side, Bismark Kobi-Mensah is yet to communicate his resignation to the club.
Kobi-Mensah, who joined the Pride and Passion Side on a two-year deal from Samartex before the start of the 2021/22 Ghana football season on Wednesday was reported to have resigned from his position.
Enyan speaking in an interview confirmed that Kobi-Mensah has verbally confirmed his resignation from his role but he is yet to submit his resignation letter.
“The coach has not formally written to the club about his resignation, but even when some members tried to persuade him to change his mind, he responded that his decision was final,”Enyan told Sky Power FM monitored by Ghana Football Fillas.
Karela United without their head coach drew 1-1 earlier on Wednesday in their curial match against Medeama SC at the Crosby Awuah Memorial park.
