Karela United Public Relations Officer, Samuel Enyan has praised the noble supporters of the Pride and Passion family for being passionate and loyal to the club.
The astute sports journalist also called on the supporters to come in numbers and cheer up the team when the host Accra Great Olympics on Sunday in a crucial game at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park.
Looking at the current standings, the game is expected to draw much tension and the Aiyinase-based club are poised to grab the maximum points to cross the 40+ mark for possible survival.
” Our supporters have been loyal to the club since the demise of our boss” ( Sen.Brigidi) and i might say the management are grateful”, This is a very important match and we need our loyal fans as I said earlier to come and support the team which will motivate the players whenever they see them in the stands,” He told Ebiamo 106.5 FM in an exclusive interview on Saturday.
Enyan hopes the supporters will come in their numbers on Sunday to encourage the team to get back on track.
The Passioners sits 13th position on the league log with 39 points with their opponents, Great Olympics languishing 15th position with 38 points.
