Bofoakwa Tano to receive triumphant homecoming today after GPL promotion

Thousands of jubilant supporters and fans are expected to welcome Tano Bofoakwa team following their promotion to the Ghana Premier League for the first time in 16 years.

The team is expected to arrive Brong Ahafo capital at 10am, with lots of activities lined up for their homecoming.

The Sunyani based club returned to the topflight after beating Techiman Eleven Wonders 7-6 on penalties in a crucial playoff fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Ahead of their homecoming, the club has released program outline for today’s activities.

With their Promotion sealed, Bofoakwa Tano will join Hearts of Lions and Nations FC in the next Ghana Premier League campaign.
