Ghana Premier League side, Karela United will resume preseason training by the end of July as they are set to commence preparations for the 2023/24 Football Season, according to club’s Public Relations Officer, Samuel Enyan.
Karela United finished the previous season in 7th position with 47 points and the playing body was handed 6-weeks break after the end of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
Speaking in an interview with West End Radio, Enyan revealed that, plans are underway for the playing body to resume training ahead of the upcoming season.
” The team is on break, Management and technical team are working closely to come out for the exact date we are resuming” but what I know is that, our coach would like to use 6-7 weeks for the preseason training”, he revealed.
” So likely we are working to resume preseason by the end of this month or early August to line with 6-7 weeks for our intensive training” Enyan said.
Meanwhile, the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season will commence on Friday September 15, 2023.
