The Ghana Athletics Association has elected Bawa Fuseini as its new President for the next four years.
Mr. Fuseini was elected during an Elective Congress in Techiman on Thursday, August 10. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer for the Association.
According to reports, all 50 delegates present at the Congress voted in agreement for Mr. Fuseini to lead the Association.
He’ll be charged to ensure success for Ghanaian athletes in the upcoming 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest.
