Ghana have been defeated by Comoros in match-day two of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier in Moroni on Tuesday evening.
This is Les Coelecants second defeat over the Black Stars in their last two meetings.
Myziane Maolida scored the winner in the 43rd minute for the hosts who needed a win to extend their lead in Group 1 of the qualifiers.
Head coach Chris Hughton kept faint in Inaki Williams and Antoine Semenyo while Andre Ayew returned to the line up.
Ghana remain at 3 points while Mali second in the standings with Comoros top of the summit with 6 points.
