Aduana Stars beat Accra Hearts of Oak 1-0 to maintain their position at the top of the league.
Before the encounter 1st place Aduana Stars had won three and lost two in five games. 7th place Accra Hearts of Oak had won one and drawn four in five games.
The victory today stopped their two-game losing streak to help them maintain their top spot on the league table with 24 points.
Accra Hearts of Oak started the game well keeping possession and trying to find a way through Aduana’s solid defensive shape.
After the break, Aduana Stars played with more intensity and battled Hearts of Oak for every ball.
Bright Adjei broke the deadlock with a free kick in the 67th minute.
Aduana Stars will play Nations FC in their next game and Accra Hearts of Oak will clash with Asante Kotoko
