Former Black Starlets winger Francis Adjei has joined Division One league side, Basake Holy Stars on a free transfer.
The experienced winger has penned a year deal with the Nzema based club after impressing coach Lord Ellis and his technical team during the ongoing preparations of the team in Aiyinase.
Adjei returned to the country after reaching a mutual agreement to terminate his contract with Icelandic second-tier side Vestri FC before his move to Karela United in 2017.
He was part of Maxwell Konadu’s Black Starlets team in the 2013 WAFU U-17 championship.
The 28-year old is expected to add more options upfront for the Unbeatable side who are leading the Division One League Zone Two summit with 28 points after 13 games.
