Samartex forward Baba Musah Hamadu has expressed optimism about his outfit annexing the Ghana Premier League title at the end of the season.
With four games to end the campaign, the Timber giants find themselves on top of the domestic top-flight standings with 55 points.
However, with a little push Samartex can annex the Ghana Premier League title at the end of the campaign.
Speaking to the media, Musah, who has been instrumental for the Timber giants has expressed his side will annex the title.
“Step by step we are getting there. We are working tirelessly toward winning the league, and Isha Allah, we are going to win it” he said.
The 22-year-old forward has been outstanding for Samartex in the ongoing campaign, racking up 10 goals and serving 6 assists in 29 games so far.
Samartex secured the services of the highly-rated striker before the start of the 2023/24 season from Division One League club Skyy FC.
The former Dreams FC player Hamadu made a name for himself as one of the top scorers in the lower division.
For Daboase-based Skyy FC, he scored 20 goals to help them finish second in Zone Two of the Division One League in 2022/23.
