The management and the playing body of Basake Holy Stars have been hosted to a special dinner following their historic qualification to the Ghana Premier League.
They secured the topflight belt after finishing the zone with 56 points.
Just after their coronation match against Rospak FC, the Chief of Basake Nana Bonya Kwofie held a special get-together for the team.
The Saturday’s night dinner was held to congratulate the team as they were treated to some good music and great cuisine at the Wantapa Hotel in Aiyinase, the camping base of Basake Holy Stars.
The representatives of the chief and other dignitaries were present to give the team some words of encouragement as they embark on a premier League journey next season.
