Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Nartey Ogum has announced plans to bolster the team’s squad during the second round of the season.
Currently sitting second on the league log with 14 points, just one point behind with Bibiani GoldStars and with a game in hand, the Porcupine Warriors remain unbeaten this season.
However, Ogum acknowledged that the team lacks depth in certain areas.
” In the second round, we will augment the team in departments where we need to strengthen”.
He emphasized the importance of patience in goals- scoring process, adding, As the players gain confidence and continue to create opportunities, I believe they will find the back of the net more consistently.
Asante Kotoko are currently second round in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League table after 7 games with a game in hand.
The Porcupine Warriors will travel to Aiyinase to face Basake Holy Stars on Sunday.
