Former Ghanaian international Daniel Agyei has disclosed that Ghana’s topflight football is sinking and not attractive and needs immediate attention to revive it.
Daniel Agyei, whom played for the Black Stars and Liberty Professionals argued that the current salaries of the players in the league are not good.
Speaking in interview with local media, sighted by GH One TV, Agyei suggested that Ghana Premier League has hit a low in the country.

“Ghana Premier League is sinking and is not attractive, the current salaries of players in the league are not good,” he said.
Agyei who was part of the Black Satellites team that won the 2009 World Youth Championship in Egypt, added that the relevant stakeholders should take a second look at the welfare of the players if we want our league to be competitive and attractive.
