Popular Asante Kotoko fan known as Nana Pooley was revealed to have been stabbed by an “expert,” by an unnamed eyewitness.
The eyewitness, who disclosed himself as a medical practitioner, said in a viral audio that Pooley was stabbed in a region close to his heart.
According to the medical practitioner, whoever committed that gruesome act knew the right place to cause a lot of damage.
“The upper-left side of his rib is where he was stabbed. Since I work at the hospital, I know the perpetrator is an expert, looking at where he stabbed him (Pooley),” said the medical practitioner.
The attack on Pooley, in the account of the eye witness, occurred after he approached the seething owner of Nsoatreman FC, Hon. Ignatius Baffour-Awuah, who in the audio was suggested to have contributed to the incitement of the hooligan attacks.
Nsoatreman FC, through its communication department, condemned the actions of their fans, and assured cooperation with the Ghana Police Service and Ghana Football Association in their investigations.
