The Black Queens of Ghana are poised to take on the Three Lionesses of England on Tuesday night.
Head coach Kim Lars Bjoekegren and the rest of the team members arrived in Southampton on Monday to prepare for the match after a friendly with Aston Villa on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
Ahead of the historic game, Nottingham Forest star Chantelle Boy Hlorkah expressed belief in the chances of the Black Queens against England, coached by Sarah Wiegmann.
“We enjoy the football that we play. And we know that when we play our football, we can be a force against any team, any country we come up against,” said the Black Queens winger in a pre-match presser.
The Three Lionesses of England head into the game on the back of an 8-0 thumping victory over China PR.
