The Human Rights Advocate and the Municipal Youth Speaker of the Evalue Ajomoro Gwira, Jonas Kabutey, has called for a structure within the club to guarantee its future success.
Sharing insights in an exclusive interview on Domesticsportsgh.com’s Back-pass show on tiktok , Kabutey who is a die- heart fan of the club emphasised the necessity of a built-in structure capable of withstanding leadership changes.

“I believe Nzema Kotoko needs a proper structure, a built-in structure, so that whether you are the General Manager, the CEO, or the board, you come and meet these structures and you follow them. Otherwise, they can’t survive as a club,” he noted.
This proposition from renowned advocate has been reprised by many over the years, although some claim that the club’s ownership structure does not support such an idea.
He added, that the just ended Ellembelle MP’s Cup was a more attractive program than Nzema Kotoko now.
“Just look at the 2024 Ellembelle MP’s Cup, look at the crowd, very massive and attractive but at Nzema Kotoko nothing, even free gate no one goes to the stadium, it’s a shame as a traditional club, we must do the right thing and put the club into the right place, where are the past management, Where’s TJ, Lord, Abakah, Mr Baah, Bashiru, Nana Esiama, Jam Kay and the key supporters group ( Magicians) where are they, its very sad” he noted.
The Ampain based club are struggling in the 2024/25 Division One League season, lying in the relegation zone along with regional participant Sekondi Elven Wise, Skyy Fc and Sefwi All Stars.
“All the past management should come on board, they should put everything behind, all the stakeholders as well including you the media”, he added.
